Our terms and conditions and your use of www.croatiashuttle.comweb site are governed by the laws of Republic of Croatia and in the event of any dispute under our contract, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Republic of Croatia courts.

In these booking conditions references to 'you' and 'your' and 'passenger(s)' include the person named on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is transferred.

Terms and conditions are intended to protect users of Internet site www.croatiashuttle.comand to protect the company. With the emergence of the Internet, protection from irresponsible, disturbing and distracting, and also illegal acts and activities must be a priority. These conditions are available online, via e-mail or telephone. When accessing and using our web site and / or completion a reservation, You agree that You have read, understood, and agreed with the terms (including privacy policy).


Transfer implies the transport of at least one passenger from pick-up point to your destination.

Person that makes the reservation has to be over 18 years old.

If pick-up points or drop-off points are not mentioned on our pages, please send us Your request and we will contact You with our custom made offer.

You can choose between few types of transfers and vehicles. The prices are created according to the type of vehicle You choose and the distance between Your pick-up point and the destination.

Your driver will meet you inside airport, your hotel lobby, or at an address of your choice. It is important to communicate during your booking a mobile telephone number including the country code.

At pick-up point the driver will be waiting for You with a sign with Your name on it.

We will contact you with the details of your booking at the shortest possible notice.

We reserve the right to pass the transfer to our business partners if we cannot make the transfer by ourselves. In such case we are not liable for any possible damage.The person entering the data is held liable for their accuracy.

The transfer operator is not liable for any incorrectly entered or false data.


When placing a booking you undertake to us that all the details you have supplied are correct, including passenger name, dates, pick up information and credit or debit card details.

If there are changes to the details supplied, it will be your responsibility to contact us and request changes.

www.croatiashuttle.comwill put its best endeavours to find and rectify any errors and omission as quickly as possible. However there may be times when obvious errors occur such as the price or some other detail displayed being incorrect due to technical issues. In this case www.croatiashuttle.comshall reserve the right to cancel that reservation (or propose other options to the customer) and the customer will not have any liability to this regard.

In agreeing to these terms and conditions you accept that www.croatiashuttle.comwill in no way be held responsible for any losses, expenses or claims made by you in the event of any problem associated with the service, the incorrect processing of your booking by the Service Provider, errors made by you when making the booking or inaccurate or incomplete information provided to us during the booking process.

Our on-line Booking services, are provided on an "as is" basis and we do not make any representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the availability of any product(s).


Your reservation will be confirmed by sending You a confirmation letter via email. Usually we send confirmation letter within 12 hours. We can assure You that all your personal data are treated very seriously and they will be protected in our system.

Confirmation e-mail – It is your responsibility to notify us in the event of not receiving the confirmation letter or in the case that booking details have been entered inaccurately. All the details You have entered/or requested to be entered in the booking process will be displayed in the confirmation letter.


All services require prepayment with a credit or debit card. Your credit card will be preauthorized (reserved) at the time you make your reservation. You can still decide if you want to pay by cash to the driver, preauthorization is needed only to confirm your reservation.

You confirm that the payment details you provide to us for the purpose of booking a service are correct, that the credit or debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the service. All payments (cash or credit/debit card) are processed by our transportation service provider, Deutsche Telekom (T-com).

If you choose to pay the driver, please ensure that you have the correct amount available, in local or foreign currency, unless otherwise stated in your booking voucher. Acceptable foreign currencies are EUR, USD, CHF, GBP, NOK, SEK, CAD and AUD. Official FX rates for these currencies is selling rate from Croatian National Bank ( at date when transfer is done.

Accepted credit cards for online payments are: Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. In a short time period we will start accepting American Express, Diners and Discovery. Online payments are transferred to Deutsche Telekom web pages with highest SSL technology.Currently, You cannot pay with credit cards to the driver.


You can make changes to your reservation on-line up to 24 hours before the pick-up or arrival time. After this period you must contact the service provider directly by email or calling the number provided in your booking voucher.

Changes to your reservation must be submitted via email or phone using the details contained on your confirmation email, or sent to us in writing via e-mail or “contact us” form on web page.

Amendments or cancellation requests can not be made with the driver.


In case that the transfer hasn't been completed, your money will be refunded within 14 days.

If is the direct cause of your delay (ex. flat tire, no gas, late arrival, negligence of the driver etc.), you will be refunded for your loss.


You will not be charged for cancellations if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer pick up time and 48 hours before the scheduled transfer pick up time for long distance transfers (over 100km), tours and bus transfers.

You can cancel your reservation via email up to 48 hours before the pick-up or arrival time. After this period you must contact the service provider directly by calling the number provided in your booking confirmation email.

We will advise you as soon as possible to the e-mail address you have provided, if for any reason the service can not be provided and as a result your booking needs to be cancelled.

Pickup rules at airports:

Your driver will meet you inside the arrivals terminal (waiting room) with your name written on a sign.

No additional cost will be applied in the event of a flight delay or in case of circumstances beyond the customers’ control that are not attributable to the customer.

To facilitate our work and to track the flight in the event of delay or advance, please enter correctly the flight code or the city of origin at the time of booking, with its landing time.

It is also important to communicate your mobile phone number including the country code.

In case of lost luggage at the airport or delay, please promptly notify the Help Desk number.

If there is no communication from the client and the first hour of waiting has passed after the time you have indicated, service is considered canceled and the full balance of the transfer amount is due.

Waiting Time and Emergency Contact

In the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number provided in the booking confirmation email to make contact with the driver or our company.

If you fail to call the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and within 30 minutes for non-airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no-show and you accept to pay the full cost of the booked service.


Please inform us at the time of booking if you wish to travel with excess baggage. This is to ensure that the vehicle provided can accommodate you.

Special Requests, Trip Time and Vehicles

During the booking process you may request extra services. We will endeavour to pass on all such requests. Child / baby seats will be provided if it is requested in booking form. Please note that we do not guarantee that the seats provided will be perfect fit for your child.

The distance and trip time provided are for planning purposes only. You may find that construction projects, traffic, weather, or other events may cause conditions to differ from the information published, and you should plan your trip accordingly.

All the vehicles for transfers are properly inspected and insured in accordance to the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

Force Majeure and the service provider cannot be held liable for delays, changes or cancellation of service due to force majeure, or to other circumstances that are unforeseeable or beyond the service provider control, such as accidents suffered by third parties on the transfer route, police checkpoints, acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions etc.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The governing law will be the law of Republic of Croatia. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the Permanent Arbitration Court at the Croatian Chamber of Economy by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with the said Terms and Conditions. The seat of arbitration shall be in Split and the language of arbitration shall be Croatian.
