- Are your prices per vehicle or per person?
Our prices are per vehicle.
- Can I make a booking on the phone?
Yes, you can make a booking over the phone (+385 (0)91 4444 541). We are also available 24/7 by email, Whats app and Viber.
- How early do i need to book my car?
The earlier you book, it is better as we will make instant taxi reservation for you (especially during high season June – September). For urgent transfers, less than 12 hours in advance, we advise you to give us a call.
- How long does it take before I get confirmation?
You should receive confirmation in couple of hours from your booking. If after 24 hours you have received no confirmation, please send us an email or call us to check whether or not we have received your booking request.
- Will you meet us at any time of day, what if my flight is late?
Yes, we are able to provide you a 24 hour service. There will be no extra charge for unsocial hours. Please note that we monitor your flight status and driver will always be on time at the airport.
- I am travelling with children. Do you provide car seats?
Yes, we provide child seats and child boosters. Please, don’t forget to inform us in advance, during your booking process or via email.
- Does vehicles have air condition?
Yes, all vehicles are equiped with air condition and majority has separate air condition for travelers which they can regulate as they want.
- Is wi-fi in car free?
Yes, it is free for all passengers. We will also provide you with free tablet during your transfer where you can check your email, browse the Internet or play games. Also, in case you need to make local call to hotel, apartment or something else feel free to use our mobile phone without any charge.
- What are the restrictions on luggage?
Our luggage policy closely follows that of airlines. Per each passenger, one checked baggage and two carryon items are allowed. If you have excess luggage, please send us an email in advance so we can provide you information on time.
- Is my driver speaking english?
Yes, every driver is speaking English and is able to provide you with some basic touristic information regarding your trip or in case you need some advices on restaruants, what to do or see. Some drivers also speak Italian and Deutch.
- How good is my driver?
All of our drivers are profesional drivers, this means that they have finished high traffic school for a driver. This is also prescribed by Croatian Law.
- Is smoking allowed in the car, van or bus during the transfer?
Smoking isn’t allowed in vehicle. If you are a smoker, on a transfers longer than 60min we will stop for 5 minutes if you require it.
- What happens if i can’t locate my driver?
If you have any trouble locating your driver, just call our numbers 00 385 91 44 44 541 (it is printed on your booking voucher) and we will immediately help you.
- My company requires an invoice, can you supply one?
We provide invoice to each customer when the transfer is done. Driver will give you the invoice or we can email it to you at any time.
- How do i know my debit or credit card details are safe?
All booking pages that require you to enter personal information are secured using SSL encryption. When you enter your booking data, you will be transferred to T – Com secure payment page (Deutsche Telekom) where you will do payment. We never see your credit card details and they are not stored in any way at our web page.
- Which cards do you accept?
Currently we accept MasterCard, Maestro and Visa. In a short period we will also start to accept Diners and Amex. All card payments are secured by SSL encryption. If you experience problems paying with your card, please contact as on email email@example.com. Also, if you prefer to pay with bank transfer or some other way contact us on above mentioned email.
- Can I pay the driver cash?
Yes, you can pay directly to your driver.
- Does my fare include a tip?
No, if you are satisfied with your transfer and everything else, you are welcomed to give a tip to the driver.
- How old must I be to travel alone?
Children under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- Will I be dropped off at my hotel or private villa?
Yes, all our services are door-to-door. Driver will take you to the address you give when you make your booking.
- I have extra requests for my bookings or stay?

- Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or postpone a booking. Please see Terms and Conditions.
- Do you allow pets on your vehicles?
Yes, small pets are allowed.
- I have left something in the van. What do i do?
If you lost something we recommend to call us immedietely on phone number provided in reservation form. After the transfer, driver will always check the vehicles together with you in order to check that all belongings are taken. We are not responsible for lost belongings.
